Monday, wednesday, friday -- morning runs
Tuesdays, Thursdays -- Gym..
think i'm gonna inculcate more gyming in a more militarized way..
I have the Navy Seals Fitness e-book..
and the Ultimate US Marines Workout..
damn.. gonna be tough.. already did two days of the marines workout and it's quite a challenge and that's only with light weights and one circuit..
i'm developing a much more militarized physique.. something different.. lean yet fit..
i miss chiongsua-ing.. maybe that's why i'm doing all these crazy exercises..
i'm gonna add in more runs to the weekends as well.. maybe friday night as well..
damn.. lol.. think i'm going to be a fitness freak..
