Fasting month over..!!
I've lost a significant amount of weight -- 1kg. Not good at all.
But now fasting's over so i can carry on with a much healthier, active lifestyle.
More gyming, more active running.
Had Army Half-marathon just now.. i'm a 10km participant cause I'm still a still a first year soldier.. This will prep me up for the upcoming Nike 10km. A gauge for me to know how much i need to train. And of course to train up to the ultimate event at the end of the year -- the marathon.
Not bad of a run.. Lots of friends met.. Great. Spent most of the time stopping and saying hi and catch up a lil bit with friends and buddies from other units than actual running. LOL.
So.. my timing wasn't that good. lol. 1hr 10minutes. HAH..!!
