Something different i did two sundays ago.. which was to ref a training match the team called seekers were conducting, just a skirmish among themselves.. really something different coz these guys are at a higher level then the customers that i usually ref.. coz u can stand like a metre from a guy who's under fire and u won't get hit by stray balls.. that's how accurate they are.. and the inflatable bunkers absorbs the impact of the balls so the balls won't ricochet and hit you.. it was also interesting coz kiko was there to give advice to everyone.. most particularly the front player.. which is good coz its the position i'm going to play..

on the following tuesday.. me, dingyi and kiko reset the speedball field.. and since we had some freetime.. fuzz and kiko taught some fundamentals of the game and of handling the marker, switching hands, snapshooting, etc.. afterwards, fuzz invited me to a 1-on-1 match.. which was interesting and damn fun.. the first match.. okay.. i am a lil noob on this.. so Game On.. and bloody hell i lost sight of him at the beginning.. so i shot a few bunkers in an attempt to keep see him tucked in as i figure out my next move.. and i saw him.. so i ran back to a tombstone which was abit back from where i was behind a forward tombstone.. and just as i was about to popout and do a headcheck.. he came out from my left in an attempt to bunker me.. and we traded out.. but i got him.. a few bounced off my trousers.. so first match over and he gave me a few tips and pointers on how to improve my game.. he said i was playing abit too reserved.. not good for a front player.. so next match.. i ran forward to a bunker.. and bloodyhell i lost sight of him again.. so i went up to the centre temple and did a headcheck to my left.. and wad do u know.. fuzz was also doing a headcheck but he was first to react and shot me in the head - twice.. Ouch..
Game review.. it was just a case of fastest fingers as i did everything right in the game..
Later on in the day, i watched fuzz and kiko go on a 1-on-1.. which of coz kiko won.. very very aggro player.. of coz, he's like the world cup asian champions twice in a row and current defending champ.. take it from the master..

on thursday.. no work.. but play.. yesh play paintball with my ex-colleagues from haagen dazs.. it was damn fun.. apparently i'm the common target for everyone.. maybe coz i was wearing bright red.. james and siti like bloodyhell aiming me all the time.. and to make things much more "fun"..my colleagues who were working namely ivan, jeremy and kiko took potshots at me.. Kiko shot the bunker i was in.. he purposedly aimed off of course, if he were to hit me, he would have hit me.. Ivan's potshots both missed me.. LOL..!! but jeremy got me on my mask i guess.. don't rmb coz i was shot all over by james..
after the paintball game we went out for dinner at cineleisure pastamania.. a first for me.. and that's when the "balls" thing started coz siti made a silly quote on balls.. so thruout the night.. almost everything we talked about had an element of "balls" in it.. after dinner..we went back to wisma haagendazs for a fondue treat by james.. it was nice to be back without the person that made my haagendazs stint miserable.. Jet was there and a nice surprise coz he still remembered me..

i had to work on saturday.. and i offered to go to sembawang in replace of keith.. which was fun.. coz we had a break and me and kiko and sham had a really dumb and silly conversation.. the topic shall be kept confidential..

and i only missed a weekend of archery and the whole word suddenly misses me..
