OOooo.. how nice..

the moment i sent my resume, i got an almost instantaneous reply to come down for an interview..

went for the interview.. got lost on the way there.. LOL.. ended up in some forested back-alley.. creepy place.. like those typical deserted roads with nothing but forests on the side and rows of lampposts that u would expect a pontianak to be standing under one of them.. LOL.. just that this was in the daytime.. nonetheless creepy as hell..

finally found the place.. late by 10minutes.. but they didnt seem to bother.. got interviewed.. told to come back for a trial session in a few days time..

ouh shit.. forgot the mention wat job i got.. it's a job for a sports instructor/facilitator for Red Dynasty Paintball.. yepp yepp.. paintball.. my job scope is just to marshall paintball matches and keep all the stuff clean and in place.. and also to brief the customers on the matches that they're gonna play.. LOL... the words they use these days to describe job positions..

trial session was fun.. learnt how to assemble a paintball mask.. learnt how a marker (the gun) works.. learnt the various rules of the game and hand signs of refereeing a proper paintball match.. and of course.. most importantly -- made new friends..

So i helped to marshall a game. it was fun.. LOL.. i had to stand in the middle of warring sides.. LOL.. ahaha.. the fun thing is.. even though i was in the line of fire.. i was not hit..!! lol.. damn funny..!! coz i was leaning into the net at the very edges of the field.. then i could feel the net vibrate as the shots peppered all around me.. but i was not hit.. LOL.. u know.. it's like those in cartoons where bullets are shot to the outline of the person's body.. yeah.. kinda like that.. LOL.. damn funny.. my friends were like "hey u havent got shot yet.."

so i got the job. starting work this sunday. it's a criteria to work on weekends so my sundays are gone.. my archery is gonna progress to a crawl.. ouh well.. without the money.. i can't buy archery stuff.. and no money, no honey.. LOL..

think i'm gonna buy a paintball mask..

this sport looks like fun.. it's even shown on ESPN..

maybe i could take up tournament paintball to destress from archery eh..?

maybe.. we'll see..
