My whole upper body aches.. uurrggghhh..
Thats what you get when u forgo a rigorous training regime suddenly without a gradual decline, just a sharp drop from training.. and u suddenly continue with the training..
and that's what i got.. an aching upper body..
oh well.
back to my rigorous training regime. 4 weeks down. 1 week in the process. 11 weeks to go.
okay. okay. rewind. like i said above. i've been undergoing a rigorous training regime. Been going to the gym, pumping iron, running and all that. Putting my endurance levels to the test. Of course i'm doing it without sacrificing my archery.
In fact, archery's the main reason behind why i started this regime. To take things to a new level of fitness, gym training is essential in training up the core muscles of the body which provide stability for archery.
So yeah. Using this as a base for gym training, i sourced out a suitable training regime for me to take on. To put all the pent up energy from soccer to this rigorous training..
well.. lately. I dunno why. I seem to have the vigour. the fervor. the drive. to do something more then just my rigorous training. To do something much more physically challenging. To do something more that will test my levels of endurance. I want to do something physically explosive.
Here comes the boom..
